  1. Reservation FeeA ₱500 reservation fee via GCash is required to confirm your booking. This will be returned to you in full once the gown is successfully returned.
  2. Cancellation PolicyThe ₱500 reservation fee is non-refundable if you cancel 1 week or less before your booked date.
  3. Payment OptionsYou may pay the gown rental balance upon delivery, or pay in full upfront. For courier bookings, full payment is required before the gown is released. The courier delivery fee is shouldered by the client.
  4. Delivery & Return ScheduleGown delivery will be arranged at 12:00 PM on the day before your event. Return pickup will be arranged at 10:00 AM on the day after your event. Please ensure someone is available at these times.
  5. Return ConditionThe gown must be returned in the same condition it was received — clean, intact, and free from damage beyond normal wear.
  6. Damage & LiabilityThe client is fully liable for any damage to the gown or accessories during the rental period. Damage fees will be based on repair or replacement cost.
  7. No AlterationsNo alterations, pinning, sewing, or modifications of any kind may be made to the gown or any included accessories.
  8. Reservation Fee RefundYour ₱500 reservation fee will be returned in full upon safe return of the gown and all accessories in their original condition.
  9. Gown CarePlease keep the gown away from food, drinks, and direct sunlight during use. Do not attempt to wash or iron the gown.
  10. Late ReturnsReturns made later than the agreed 10:00 AM schedule without prior notice may incur an additional fee.
